After your consultation and before you begin treatment, we will provide you with a written, itemized statement of fees that your oral surgeon recommends. We will also provide information about your estimated insurance coverage. Insurance typically covers a basic level of service, but does not cover surgical procedures. This means that some treatments your surgeon recommends may not be covered by your dental or medical insurance. Before treatment, we will let you know an estimate of your portion of the costs.
Our staff will gladly file your medical/dental insurance claim. We ask that you provide us with your insurance information as soon as you make your appointment so we can contact your insurance company to verify benefits and confirm coverage. You can take a photo of the front and back of your dental and medical insurance cards and email them to us at email@example.com prior to your appointment.
