Losing teeth can compromise the way you bite, chew, and smile. Fortunately, there are proven solutions available, even if you have lost a number of teeth or have several teeth that require extraction. The All-on-4® treatment concept is an advanced method that can replace an entire arch of teeth, using just a few strategically placed implants. We are pleased to offer All-on-4® dental implants at Premier Center for Oral, Dental Implants & Facial Surgery, restoring full dental function and aesthetics.

Our practice extends patient-first care to people in the communities of Fitchburg, Westford, Chelmsford, Leominster, Nashua, and Groton. We welcome anyone in Massachusetts and New Hampshire to visit us and see if All-on-4® dental implants are right for them.

Ideal Candidates for All-on-4® Dental Implants

The first step in your treatment journey is a consultation. During the consultation, your surgeon will ask questions about your medical history, review clinical imaging, and perform a physical evaluation of your teeth, gums, and jaw. All of this information will be used to develop a treatment plan. At Premier Center, we specialize in the most complex All-on-4 dental implant cases, including Zygomatic and Pterygoid implants and complex bone grafting.

Missing Teeth

The best candidates for this treatment typically have a number of missing teeth, potentially even entire arches that are missing or require extraction. Additionally, the ideal candidate for All-on-4® dental implants has sufficient bone tissue for the implants to be anchored. For patients who lack adequate bone tissue, we offer a number of solutions that include bone grafting, Zygomatic implants, and Pterygoid implants.

Our Advanced Technology

For all dental implant and All-on-4® treatment concept cases, our practice uses the next-gen X-Guide system, the most advanced dental implant technology on the market. This dynamic 3D navigation system provides the surgeon with a 360-degree live view of your dental anatomy and guidance that improves the accuracy of implant position, angle, and depth. This results in more precise and consistent procedures, shorter procedure times, higher levels of patient comfort, and more robust recovery.

We have an in-house 3D printer and can deliver your new set of teeth the day after your surgery. Utilizing the latest 3D printing technology with facial scanning, we can adjust your new set of teeth until you are satisfied with esthetics and function.

Discover the cutting-edge technology that sets us apart from other dental offices! With our advanced facial and intraoral scanners and in-house 3D printer, we’re able to create custom guides and temporary prosthesis right here in our office. What Is Involved in the All-on-4® Dental Implant Process?

Initial Consultation & Surgery Preparation

During your initial consultation for All-on-4® dental implants, your surgeon will assess your eligibility for the treatment concept and talk with you about potential treatment options. You will also have a chance to ask questions about the procedure, anesthesia methods, recovery, and aftercare.

Dental Implant Placement & Temporary Prosthesis

Dental implants will be strategically inserted into your jawbone, and a temporary prosthesis will be attached to these dental implants. You will be able to leave our office with a new set of temporary teeth, looking and feeling like a brand new person. Once the implants heal and fuse with the surrounding bone, these implants will provide a sturdy anchor for your final dental prostheses made out of Zirconia.

Final Placement of Prosthesis

Once your implants have fully healed (a process that takes an average of five months), you will be ready for the final restoration. Your general dentist will discuss with you the different material options for your final prosthesis. This final prosthesis will be designed to match the look and feel of your regular teeth, aiming for a seamless and natural aesthetic.

Recovery and Aftercare

Following the placement of All-on-4® dental implants, we advise taking a few days to rest and recover at home. It is normal to experience some swelling, which may last up to a week. Physical discomfort is common and can typically be managed with over-the-counter pain medications like Tylenol® and Ibuprofen.

You will be invited back for a follow-up appointment within the first weeks, allowing us to check and ensure you are healing appropriately.
