X-Guide® 3D Navigation

Premier Center for Oral, Dental Implant & Facial Surgery uses the revolutionary X-Guide system designed by X-Nav Technologies, which is the most advanced dental implant technology available. This dynamic 3D navigation system provides more accurate dental implant surgery by providing turn-by-turn guidance to your oral surgeon. While placing a dental implant, your surgeon has a 360-degree live view of your anatomy and guidance that improves the accuracy of implant position, angle, and depth.

X-Guide also makes same-day guided surgery a possibility for more patients at a fraction of the cost of traditional surgical guides. This technology benefits patients in numerous ways:

  • Minimally invasive surgery thanks to smaller incisions
  • Patients experience less pain and faster recovery
  • Visualizing placement leads to better aesthetic outcomes
  • Your surgeon is still in complete control during surgery, but has the guides for more precision

By enhancing accuracy during implant placement, we produce better surgical experiences and clinical results for our patients. You can learn more about X-Guide and how it works on the official X-Nav Technologies website for patients.

At Premier Center for Oral, Dental Implant & Facial Surgery, our office is equipped with the latest 3D scanning equipment to enhance the patient experience and provide more detailed images. As board-certified oral surgeons, Dr. Garibyan and Dr. Kuang stay up-to-date with technological advancements in the field. By utilizing this advanced technology, our team provides more accurate diagnoses, detailed treatment plans, and predictable clinical outcomes that promote patient safety and comfort.

Benefits of 3D Scanning

Every patient has unique facial anatomy and oral health needs. By using advanced technology to capture detailed images of the face, neck, and head, we can assess your specific condition and design a treatment plan unique to your needs. There are many advantages to 3D scanning technology, including:

  • Fewer surprises during surgery
  • High-resolution images viewable from virtually any angle
  • Patients are exposed to less radiation than traditional X-rays
  • 3D scans are completed in seconds

3D Scans and Your Oral Surgery Treatment

Images of your bone and soft tissue structure help our surgeons detect abnormalities and create treatment plans for your care with great precision. These images are a part of most oral surgery treatments. When you visit our office for your consultation, we will likely take 3D scans. It only takes a few seconds to take a scan, then your surgeon will talk to you about all of your treatment options.

Facial Scanning

The facial scanner is an innovative technology that eliminates the need for traditional impressions and models. The facial scans can be meshed with your intraoral and CBCT (3D cone beam) scans to create accurate and predictable results when fabricating your dentures or All-on-4 implant prosthesis. This streamlines the entire process, allowing a fully digital workflow, while maximizing accuracy and esthetics of your prosthesis

Intraoral Scanning

An intraoral scanner allows us to capture 3D digital dental impressions to produce highly detailed, accurate images of your mouth when planning the fabrication of your dentures or All-on-4 prosthesis. This process eliminates the need for traditional physical dental impressions and is performed in a fraction of the time.

In-House 3D Printing

Our in-house 3D printer allows us to print aesthetically-driven sets of teeth in just 30 minutes. This allows us to perform same-day tooth restoration for All-on-4 surgery without outsourcing to another lab.  This significantly reduces your delivery time, allowing you to receive your prosthesis.
